The streets I now sleep

Cold and alone on the streets I now sleep.
The streets of pain that stings so deep,
Beaten by the hate in their voices,
And buried in the dust of my choices.

Staggering down a miserable road,
Watching as my feelings inside explode,
Staring up at the empty sky,
Screaming as I feel my heart die.

My tears of sorrow drip onto the ground,
Disappearing into the night, never to be found,
Seeing all the faces that mock me,
Faces that will never leave me be.

Trying to hide from all the eyes,
Attacked by all of their lies,
Wishing it would end as I weep,
Dying alone on the streets I now sleep.
